Diversity and Inclusion

The theatre industry, partly because of cultural perceptions, tends not to be as inclusive as it might wish to be. Ethnic minorities and disabled performers face structural barriers, including audition material; a reliance on a traditional canon of classical work, and a false distinction between ‘Arts’ and ‘Entertainment’.

This section includes the results of work that has been done to address these issues.
